EVERY FRIDAY: 10am - 12pm

HELD brings together mothers over tea, honest conversation, and the kind of company that genuinely understands where you are right now.

Each session includes a brief, practical topic led by a clinician from The Accra London Health Centre, covering postnatal recovery, infant feeding, sleep, emotional wellbeing, and more, followed by open, informal connection with other mums.

Who it’s for: Mums from 6 weeks to 24 months postpartum. First-time or not, you are welcome here. Of course children are welcome too!
