Join us as we have an intimate evening conversation over a 2-course meal with Admiral Issah Yakubu, the 18th Chief of the Naval Staff and is widely celebrated for his intellectual rigour.
Having co-authored the definitive book History of the Ghana Navy, he is famous for the "Strategic Reset": a masterplan that modernised the fleet and introduced high-speed, technology-driven vessels.
He'a also infamously known as the Commanding Officer of the GNS Anzone who he led the operation that intercepted the MV Benjamin, a vessel involved in a massive cocaine smuggling scandal. His professionalism during this high-stakes operation earned him a formal commendation from the Georgina Woode Committee, making him a household name for integrity.
Tickets sold are non-refundable but will be used to sponsor someone of your choosing to join in your stead.
Come learn about his life story, his lessons in the naval industry and get your questions answered.
See you very soon.
