Vine x R&R Wellness Run Club

Accra's Favorite Run Club, The Vine x R&R Wellness Run Club, is back for the twelfth edition!

Join us for our 5K Run/ Walk on Saturday, 22nd August at 6:00 am. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or someone who prefers a brisk walk, there’s a place for you.

Our goal is simple: to celebrate wellness, fitness, and community in a fun and social way.

We’ll have three groups to choose from, each led by certified fitness instructors:

1. Runners – for those who can complete the full 5K.
2. Run/Walkers – for those who prefer a mix of jogging & walking.
3. Walkers – for those who want to walk.

Pre-run vitals checks will be provided by Nuffield Clinic, followed by a group warm-up. After the run, every participant is invited to recover with the R&R Wellness team and refuel by ordering from Vine's delicious breakfast menu, available right after the session.

Come move, connect, and enjoy the best of fitness and food with us – all levels are welcome!
